Tomato sauce (for boiled meat)

Ingredients:


1 dl oil (you can use lard instead of oil)
4 tablespoons flour
3 dl tomato juice
4 dl water (you can use broth instead of water)
1 teaspoon vegeta
a little dill
a pinch of salt

Procedure:
Heat the oil (make sure it’s not too hot), then add the flour. Fry the flour in the oil until light yellow, then gradually add the tomato juice and water, stirring constantly so there are no lumps, then add vegeta, dill and salt. Cook for a few more minutes. If you like a thinner sauce, add more water.
