Rasberry Jam With Fruit Sugar



Ingredients:
500 g frozen raspberries
125 fresh raspberries
5 tablespoons fruit sugar
2 red gelatine
Procedure:
Separate the water from the frozen raspberries and dissolve the red gelatine with a little sugar. Boil the frozen raspberries for ten minutes, then add the sugar and cook, stirring, for another ten minutes, then add the fresh raspberries and dissolved gelatine, and cook for another five to ten minutes until everything is combined. Pour the hot jam into hot jars (preheated in the oven), close tightly and turn the jars upside down. Cool to room temperature and then store in a dark, cool place. You can add more sugar depending on your preference, but you can make this recipe without adding sugar.
