Zucchini Sauce

Zucchini Sauce
Ingredients
2 zucchini
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
parsley
1 dl milk
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon butter
olive oil
vegeta
salt
Procedure
Put 1 dl water in a pan and a little olive oil and add the onion and garlic that have been finely chopped. While the onion is sautéing over low heat, grate the zucchini and salt them. After the zucchini has rested, strain them and add them to the sautéed onion. Season the sauce with vegeta. When the zucchini has also been sautéed (about 15 minutes), mix room temperature milk with flour and add butter and pour over the zucchini, stirring constantly. When the sauce has thickened, add parsley and mix. You can add a little salt.
