Potatoes with rice

Ingredients:
400 g rice
400 g potatoes
1 onion
Vegeta
salt
1 dl oil
5 dl water
Procedure:
Cut the potatoes into slices and mix with the rice, then dice the onion and add the vegetables and salt and mix everything well. Place in a casserole dish and pour over the water and oil. Add more water if necessary during baking.
